Shrimp Skillet Recipe

 

    Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 lb of scallops
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)

    Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook the seafood for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
  7. Pour in the white wine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
  8. Serve the seafood with the lemon wedges on the side for garnish. Enjoy!
