Shrimp Skillet Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb of scallops
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 2 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the seafood for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
- Pour in the white wine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the wine has reduced by half.
- Serve the seafood with the lemon wedges on the side for garnish.
