Ingredients
· 2 just-ripe bananas, cut into
1/10-inch-thick rounds, or as needed
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees F (110 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the banana slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure the slices are not touching. Apply lemon juice with a brush.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes. Check the bananas, lifting the slices up to separate them from the paper once or twice. Continue baking until the bananas are dry, another 30 to 90 minutes.
- Let the bananas cool until crisp, at least 5 minutes.
