Roasted Vegetables


 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of your choice of vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, or bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss the vegetables until they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast the vegetables for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
Note: You can add herbs or spices like thyme, oregano, garlic powder, cumin etc to give extra flavor to the vegetables.
