Fruit Salad

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, melons, apples, grapes, oranges, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, chopped

 

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruits, honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Toss the fruits until they are evenly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.
  4. Serve the fruit salad chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of mint leaves.

Note: You can use different kinds of fruits based on what is in season or what you prefer. You can also add yogurt, granola or nuts for added texture and flavor.
