Ingredients:
- 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, melons, apples, grapes, oranges, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fruits, honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Toss the fruits until they are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.
- Serve the fruit salad chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of mint leaves.
Note: You can use different kinds of fruits based on what is in season or what you prefer. You can also add yogurt, granola or nuts for added texture and flavor.
