Oreo Biscuit Pudding

    

   Ingredients  

  • 200g Oreo biscuits
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar


   Instructions  

  1. Separate the cream from the biscuits
  2. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or blender and  set  aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the whipping cream with an electric mixer.
  4. Then add the cream separated from the biscuits and mixes.
  5. Add icing sugar and mix well until creamy.
  6. Add a few tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix with a spoon until combined.
  7. Put half of the cookies powder  in the bottom of a dessert glass.
  8. Cover the entire pudding mixture.
  9. Top with remaining cookie chunks.
  10. Once all the dessert glasses are ready. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
