Pan Seared Salmon

 

 
 


 

 Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet (about 1-inch thick)
  • Kosher Salt (1 pinch)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil


  Instructions

  1. Heat your pan without oil on medium heat. While the pan is heating, pat the salmon fillets (1 inch) dry with a paper towel.
  2. Add Vegetable Oil
  3. Immediately after adding the oil, place the salmon fillet skin side away from you. Sprinkle the top with kosher salt (1 pinch) and freshly ground black pepper (1 pinch). Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon fillet (1) and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plate and serve as desired.
