Mango Milk

 


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups (480ml) milk (can use dairy or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
 
 
Instructions:
 
  1. Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango flesh into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender with the mango chunks.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
  4. If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
  5. Pour the mango milk into serving glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing Mango Milk!
You can adjust the sweetness and consistency of the mango milk according to your taste preferences. Feel free to experiment with different varieties of mangoes for varying flavors.
