Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fruit juice (any flavor)
- 2 packets of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar (or to taste)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and sprinkle the gelatin powder over the juice mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- To serve, dip the mold or cups in warm water for a few seconds and then turn the jelly out onto a plate.
