Chocolate chip Cookies

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

 

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Enjoy your homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Note: This recipe makes about 24 cookies. You can adjust the recipe as per your preference.
