Homemade Granola Bars


 

  Ingredients 

   ·         1 cup rolled oats 

   ·         1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, peanuts, or walnuts) 

   ·         1/2 cup dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots) 

   ·         1/4 cup honey 

   ·         1/4 cup peanut butter 

   ·         1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, and dried fruit. In a small saucepan, melt together the honey and peanut butter over medium heat. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the honey mixture over the oats mixture and stir until well combined. Press the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Cut into bars and let cool before serving.
