Grilled steak with a herb and garlic butter

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak or other cut of your choice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic,
parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side, or until it
reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a
few minutes.
- Spread a generous amount of the herb and garlic butter
on top of the steak.
- Serve the steak with your choice of side dishes. Enjoy!
