Grilled steak with a herb and garlic butter


 

  Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak or other cut of your choice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill the steak for 4-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  6. Spread a generous amount of the herb and garlic butter on top of the steak.
  7. Serve the steak with your choice of side dishes. Enjoy!
