Pasta

 


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta (any variety)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked vegetables (such as broccoli, bell peppers, or zucchini)
  • 1 cup cooked protein (such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu)
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cooked vegetables to the pan and cook until tender.
  4. If using, add the white wine to the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked protein to the pan and toss to combine.
  6. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
